DLN Consulting Inc.

DLN Consulting is one of COCO’s associate members. DLN works with non-profit organizations and helps them continue to be successful. DLN does mostly in-kind donations such as reducing cost work, donation of services, and donation of time. They also give small monetary donations as well. DLN helps non-profits by figuring out a strategy to use and how they will coordinate action. They specialize in planning: business plans, marketing plans, organizational roadmaps, and strategic plans. When DLN staff meet with a client, they first figure out what it is the organization needs help with. The client is not charged until action takes place. DLN has worked with many COCO members throughout the years. The company has helped the Strom Center by donating hours of planning time and conducting grant writing workshops. The Best Friends Program benefits from DLN Consulting by receiving a break in the cost for its annual evaluation. The last COCO member that DLN touched is Dickinson State University. DLN has conducted team building sessions and strategic planning. DLN Consulting is a for-profit business that is run like a non-profit organization. DLN helps local businesses stay successful and puts money back into the community.
